- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Olive oil for cooking

- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
