Ingredients:

- 4 flour tortillas

Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until it’s lightly golden and crisp on the bottom. Flip it over.
- On the cooked side of the tortilla, layer the cheddar cheese and apple slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
- Place the second tortilla on top and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook for another minute or until both sides are golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve with salsa or sour cream if desired.
