Instructions:

- Spoon the tomato and olive salsa over the halibut fillets and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the halibut with the salsa and a side of couscous or a simple Greek salad.
