- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- In your Oster bread machine, combine the sourdough starter, warm water, honey, and olive oil until well blended.
- Add the bread flour, salt, and chia seeds. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
- Set the machine to the “Dough” setting and let it mix and rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, shape the dough into a loaf and place it back in the machine (without the paddle).
- Close the lid and set it to the “Bake” setting. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
- Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
