Instructions:

- While the fish is baking, prepare the herbed yogurt sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt, dill, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Once the trout is done, serve it with a generous spoonful of the herbed yogurt sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
