Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)
- Salsa, guacamole, and sour cream for serving
Directions:
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the shredded chicken to the griddle and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Stir to coat the chicken evenly, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy on the edges.
