  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Form the ground beef into two equal-sized patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  5. Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the sautéed mushrooms on top of the cheese-covered patties and serving them on the toasted buns. Add any additional toppings you like.
