  6. Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. While baking, make the honey syrup: combine honey, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
