Ingredients

  • 20 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
