Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and cheese.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden.
