- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:
- Prepare the rice ahead of time (preferably use leftover rice as it works best for fried rice).
- In the rice cooker, heat sesame oil and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and frozen peas and carrots until softened.
- Add the pineapple chunks and cook for a few minutes to allow the pineapple to caramelize slightly.
- Push the vegetables and pineapple to one side of the rice cooker and pour in the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), curry powder, and black pepper. Stir everything together to combine well.
- Close the lid and set the rice cooker to the “Keep Warm” setting for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions before serving if desired.
