- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 large tortillas

Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground lamb, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the chopped mint.
- In another skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and place one tortilla in it. On one half of the tortilla, layer the lamb mixture and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm with tzatziki or a cucumber salad.
