Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/4 cups King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Filling:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Make the Filling: In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour filling over the baked crust.
  3. Bake the Bars: Bake for 25–30 minutes until the filling is set. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
