  • Instructions:
    1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, cooking until softened.
    2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
    3. Stir in soy sauce, gochujang, and honey. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Divide cooked brown rice between two bowls. Top with the seasoned ground turkey.
    5. Sauté baby spinach until wilted and add to the bowls along with cherry tomatoes.
    6. In a separate pan, fry or poach the eggs to your liking and place one on top of each bowl.
    7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
