  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Heat the milk over medium heat, stirring in the sugar until dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the milk chocolate chips until smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  • Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Once chilled, churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • After churning, fold in the shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
  • Freeze for 3 hours for a firmer texture.
