- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Blend the Greek yogurt, graham cracker crumbs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving enough room for expansion.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Once frozen, place the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
- After the first spin, fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, and re-spin for a smoother consistency. Serve immediately or refreeze for later enjoyment.
