- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
- Blend raspberries into a smooth puree, strain to remove seeds, and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream over medium heat. Stir in honey until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Stir in vanilla extract and the raspberry puree. Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes.
- Add chopped pistachios during the last 5 minutes of churning. Freeze for 4 hours before serving.
