  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. Add the asparagus to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until it’s tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the asparagus and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and toss to combine everything.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
