  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped broccoli, chopped onion, egg, almond flour, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil, then transfer the chicken mixture into the pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
