Tiramisu Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 8 low-fat ladyfingers
- 1 ½ cups fat-free coffee-flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the coffee-flavored Greek yogurt, honey, cocoa powder, and instant coffee granules until smooth.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto one ladyfinger and top with another to form a sandwich.
- Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and filling.
- Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours.
