  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for desired heat level)
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh celery, diced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and half of the buffalo sauce until well coated. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake the flatbreads in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with diced celery and fresh parsley, then slice and serve warm.
