Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark

  4. While the dark chocolate is setting, melt the white chocolate using the same method as the dark chocolate. Once melted, stir in the peppermint extract.
  5. Remove the dark chocolate from the refrigerator and pour the white chocolate over it, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top, pressing them down lightly into the white chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes. Once set, break into pieces.
