  • Prepare Your Serving Jar: Begin by selecting a clean mason jar or a clear glass cup to serve your parfait.
    Using a transparent container allows the colorful layers to shine, making the parfait visually appealing.
    Place the jar on a flat surface to make layering easier and prevent spills.
  • Spoon the First Yogurt Layer: Measure out approximately ⅓ cup of vanilla yogurt and spoon it gently into the bottom of the jar.
    Use the back of the spoon to spread it evenly into a smooth, flat layer.
    This creates a solid base for the layers above and ensures every bite has creamy yogurt.
  • Add a Fresh Blueberry Layer: Take a handful of fresh blueberries and sprinkle them evenly over the yogurt layer.
    If your jar is narrow, a single layer of berries is ideal; for wider jars, you can create a double layer to fully cover the yogurt.
    This adds natural sweetness, antioxidants, and a juicy burst of flavor in every spoonful.
  • Optional Sweetener Sprinkle: If your blueberries are on the tart side, lightly sprinkle 1–2 teaspoons of your preferred sweetener—such as monk fruit, honey, or maple syrup—over the fruit layer.

  • Repeat the Layers: Repeat the layering process two more times add another portion of yogurt, followed by blueberries, optional sweetener, and a final layer of granola.

  • Final Touches: Check that the top layer is neat and presentable, with a few blueberries and granola sprinkled on top.
