    Place the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, olive oil, lemon, garlic, and sea salt on your counter.
    Wash the fresh dill thoroughly under cold water, pat it dry with a paper towel, and finely chop it with a sharp knife.
    This ensures the herb blends evenly into the dip, giving it fresh bursts of flavor in every bite.
  • Mince the Garlic Carefully: Peel the garlic cloves and trim off the ends.
    Using either a garlic press or a sharp chef’s knife, mince the garlic into tiny, even pieces.
    The smaller the garlic pieces, the better they will integrate into the yogurt base, preventing any overpowering chunks while still adding that subtle kick of flavor.
    If you prefer a milder taste, you may lightly crush the garlic instead of mincing.
